A Grateful Announcement: Joining the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council

  • By salomons.coach

I am both humbled and deeply honored to share that I have been invited to become a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. This invitation is not only a recognition of my work but also a responsibility I hold with great care. Harvard Business Review (HBR) is an institution that stands at the forefront of leadership, management, and innovation thinking, and to be part of the Advisory Council means joining a group of professionals dedicated to shaping the future of business.

For many years, I’ve been fortunate enough to work in areas that I’m passionate about—leadership development, (executive) coaching, change management, and managing organizational transformations. I’ve also had the opportunity to help businesses optimize their operations management, making their processes more efficient and aligned with their strategic goals. Being invited to contribute to HBR’s conversations on these topics is a profound acknowledgment of the work I’ve done alongside many of you, my clients and collaborators.

At its heart, the Advisory Council provides a platform for leaders and experts from various fields to offer insights, feedback, and fresh perspectives that help shape HBR’s research and publications. This is an exciting opportunity to bring my own experiences and knowledge to the table, while also learning from the incredibly diverse and talented individuals who make up the council.

But this invitation also represents a responsibility. Being part of such a prestigious advisory body means actively contributing to conversations that influence how businesses think about leadership, transformation, and growth. It means ensuring that I bring my best thinking forward—rooted in my years of working closely with organizations and leaders facing complex challenges in a constantly evolving world.

I see this role as a chance to continue learning and growing, while also sharing what I’ve learned along the way. It is, without a doubt, a privilege to be part of a global dialogue that shapes business strategies and leadership practices for the future. And I want to express my gratitude to everyone who has been part of my journey, from clients to colleagues, mentors, and friends. Your trust, support, and collaboration have played a crucial role in this recognition.

In continuing my work, I remain committed to the principles I’ve always valued: authenticity, strategic alignment, and empowering leaders to drive meaningful change. My goal is to ensure that the insights I provide—both through my work with HBR and in my ongoing practice—help organizations and individuals not just navigate change but lead with purpose.

I look forward to the opportunities this new chapter brings and to how it will enrich the work I do with each of you. Together, we can keep growing, adapting, and making an impact.

Thank you for your continued support and trust.
