Together with Jan Salomons, they started Leadership 360 B.V. in 2018, which is still their home for leadership development programs for organizations as of approx. 100 emoloyees or more. Fried is a true entrepreneur and extensive experience in marketing, agile and has specialized in the last decade in the financial and insurance sector.
