Cooping with VUCA at the Workplace

Coping with VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiquity) is about building resilience, adaptability, and strong team connections. By implementing the strategies presented in the video (and handout), managers can create a workplace that not only survives but thrives amid uncertainty and change. Embrace these practices consistently, and you’ll foster a team equipped to handle whatever challenges come their way.

“Cooping with VUCA@Work,” is an overview for a November 2024 web event. It emphasizes how managers and leaders can navigate a workplace shaped by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA). The key topics include:
