Cultivating leadership authenticity and reflection during summer break


Today, August 15th 2024, I start my summer holiday break. Together with my wife I hook on our little caravan and start touring Europe, first destination: France. This post is obviously not about my holiday. It is about what I have learned over the many years, that holidays often form the moment I let go of things. Things I already had doubts with, and start contemplating what next steps are.
I ensure I first allow myself to really slow down and reflect on who I am, what the last year added to my being and what this means for my being in future.
