Contracts
I trust coaching sessions are only cancelled for good reasons. Therefore I only charge 50% when coaching sessions are cancelled within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified in the contract. This is because at such short notice I will not be able to replan my time. In case of special circumstances we can always discuss of course, I want to be fair to my clients and myself.
Refunding can only take place if agreed between both of us. The financial transaction will take place within the following week.
At the moment I do not provide any coupons or discounts for courses provided online via my website. For hour or day tariffs, specific agreements are made dependent on circumstances. E.g. I charge less for coaching when you have to pay private.
I expect invoices are paid within 15 days. I invoice once every month, unless specified differently in the contract..
Services
As I provide a wide range of services, I always specify the services agreed in the contract to avoid misunderstandings or wrong expectations.
Preparation activities are only charged when specified in the contract or separately agreed during the contract. Most contracts I make, specify the policy for additional activities, such as preparation time and material costs.
Courses offered online are provided as per my terms & conditions. Courses and workshops provided physically in your organization - or on-line but dedicated to your organization - will be agreed separately in a contract.
