I had the pleasure of working with Jan as my coach and he facilitated several management team sessions. That has helped me enormously in my development as an executive, become a full confident MT member and above all this developed me as a person! Thanks to his pleasant but direct approach, Jan quickly gets to the core of your internal hurdles and help you successfully overcome them. Jan is a coach you can trust, is authentic, very (!) result-oriented (no lengthy conversations, but direct and to the point), always takes a positive approach and asks the questions nobody else asks. I found he often knows what needs to be discussed before you do yourself. I look forward to working with Jan in the future and hope to be able to reflect some of his qualities as well.
