Results always come first
Usually when I come in there is something to fix. Therefore I always start with your KPI’s and overall business results. I need to understand your pain points or ambitious targets.
Together we analyze team behavior and how this impacts KPI’s, before we discuss leadership. We need to understand the systemic and leadership elements that makes the difference.
The coaching and/or facilitation set-up will be next, now that we can relate it to your leadership and your team’s behavior, impacting business results.
My way of working
I provide authenticity, lived experience and a relentless focus on impact. I see our working together as a partnership designed to drive results: stronger leaders, fully aligned teams, more adaptable, resilient, and with clarity on how to achieve targets.
This is what my customers say:
No-nonsense. High-level. Fast results.
Authentic, battle-tested experience.
You understand the real world we operate in.
You are both a coach and a leader, not a theorist.
You translate strategy into human behavior, immediately actionable and sustainable.
Others work top-down; you work top-down and bottom-up — with teams, shifts, operations.
You’ve done it yourself and shows your 35+ years experience.
- Authentic, provocative, partner, team-builder.
- You speak our language.
What I leave behind:
I define my success not only by accomplishing the agreed KPI’s and targets. My measure is what I leave behind.
I prefer to work based on ‘co-creation’. Together we know more and will make the process faster, better, organizational-fit and my knowledge and experience will be transferred.
This not only brings the desired business results, it ensures they are sustainable. You can move the needle further from there.
Example of results

- Observable behavior change (less escalations between team members, held each other accountable, self-steering,…).
- Measurable performance increase (e.g. lower failure costs, NPS increase, higher productivity).
- Sustainable feedback and accountability culture (no blaming, clear follow-through).
- High engagement, reduced absenteeism, better W/L balance & well being).
