Jan designed a change program for the implementation of a new transport management system in our European organization. At the start we needed to integrate 12 country organizations with each their own culture and systems. Especially the way change was dealt with by these various country management teams, key stakeholders and user groups, as well as the practical approach of the program, made this a very successful implementation in just 2 years.
