CONTENT DESCRIPTION
VUCA Leadership is a personal coaching program, where we use your daily experiences to better understand your current leadership style, further develop your authentic leadership abilities and make them more effective in various VUCA situations.
After approximately 6 months you will be a much more authentic leader, highly effective in leading yourself, as well as leading and engaging with your team, achieve better (team) results and have a clear view on your next development steps.
VUCA leadership is all about dealing with Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiquity. First off all we focus on what impact VUCA has on yourself, the kind of feelings you have with certain situations, and how these feelings can be used or transformed to effective actions towards yourself, your team and your environment.
The next step is to look at the work structure you create and apply and how this impacts VUCA situations. Of course this results in critically reviewing how to reshape your structures and how to make them work for you.
Last but not least, we will focus on ensuring changes you decide on, last and you will not return to the old habits. You develop a short prevention plan to make the new way of operating stick.

Coaching & Leadership Development is my passion and I combine this with Change Management and Leading Transformations in profit and non-profit organizations. Having been an operations manager myself, I do understand implications on the floor in larger scale transformations. I have 35+ years of experience, worked in global corporates and had various leadership positions, incl. C-Suite level. I have practiced what I preach, and also add today's insights from the latest research. I am a member of HBR Advisory Council.
