How wonderful to be connected, and even more to see your interest in the way I think and write about leadership. The newsletter is of course just the tip of the famous iceberg.

And I continue my learning as well, especially if we get into conversation or even better, a dialogue, about our different views, experiences and therefore doing things differently. There is a good reason for everything and getting a better understanding of each other’s perspective is a great way of not only learning, it’s also getting to know each other, working together and making the world a better place, one step at the time!
