{"id":9866,"date":"2025-03-07T16:28:47","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T15:28:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/salomons.coach\/?p=9866"},"modified":"2025-11-08T18:00:56","modified_gmt":"2025-11-08T17:00:56","slug":"train-de-trainer-helpt-de-toekomst-van-uw-organisatie-veilig-te-stellen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/salomons.coach\/nl\/train-the-trainer-helps-securing-your-organizations-future\/","title":{"rendered":"Gebruik een train-de-trainer om de toekomst van je organisatie veilig te stellen"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inleiding: Experts in staat stellen de toekomst van uw organisatie veilig te stellen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Geef je senior medewerkers een nieuwe rol en een nieuw doel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stilzwijgende kennis overdragen aan nieuwe(re) medewerkers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nieuwe medewerkers sneller inwerken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cre\u00eber een mentornetwerk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je klanten zullen het verschil merken!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik heb verschillende soorten trainingsprogramma's ontwikkeld en gegeven voor mensen die trainer willen worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik denk dat we trainer hier iets nauwkeuriger moeten defini\u00ebren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dit gaat over experts die (nog) geen trainers zijn en die in staat zijn om anderen te instrueren en te laten leren van hun unieke kennis en expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Andere namen die gebruikt worden zijn: materiedeskundige (SME), instructeur, gids, coach, mentor, delivery officer,...<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ik heb veel definities en namen gezien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Laten we hier dus over concluderen: In deze setting defini\u00ebren we trainer als een expert die in staat is om een gestructureerd leerproces te leveren, waardoor mensen specifieke kennis kunnen leren.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom experts opleiden tot trainer?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In de snelle en competitieve omgeving van vandaag staan organisaties voor een cruciale uitdaging: zorgen voor een naadloze overdracht van technische, operationele en stilzwijgende kennis naar de volgende generatie professionals. Nu ervaren medewerkers zich voorbereiden op de overstap naar adviserende functies, met pensioen gaan of gewoon op zoek zijn naar nieuwe kansen, is de noodzaak om hun onschatbare expertise te behouden nog nooit zo dringend geweest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veel organisaties worstelen met het overbruggen van de kloof tussen doorgewinterde experts en hun opvolgers.
