Hier lees je hoe je Ofmans Kernkwaliteiten kunt gebruiken voor teambuilding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Het concept van kernkwaliteiten introduceren<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uitleg:<\/strong> Leg het model van kernkwaliteiten, valkuilen, uitdagingen en allergie\u00ebn uit aan het team. Gebruik relateerbare voorbeelden, zoals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Kernkwaliteit: Aandrijving<br>- Valkuil: Te overhaast handelen<br>- Uitdaging: Geduld<br>- Allergie: Passiviteit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Gebruik visuele hulpmiddelen zoals een diagram of praktische voorbeelden om het gemakkelijk te begrijpen te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Individuele kernkwaliteiten identificeren<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oefening:<\/strong> Vraag teamleden om hun eigen kernkwaliteiten te identificeren. Gebruik vragen als:<br>- Waar ben je echt goed in?<br>- Welke kwaliteiten waarderen anderen vaak aan jou?<br>- Moedig teamleden aan om na te denken over hoe deze kernkwaliteiten bijdragen aan hun werk en samenwerking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Valkuilen, uitdagingen en allergie\u00ebn verkennen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Help elk teamlid de mogelijke valkuilen van hun kernkwaliteit te verkennen door te vragen:<br>- Wat gebeurt er als je te veel op deze kwaliteit vertrouwt?<br>- Ontdek uitdagingen en allergie\u00ebn:<br>- Wat kun je ontwikkelen om je kernkwaliteit in balans te brengen?<br>- Welke eigenschappen van anderen irriteren je en waarom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Kernkwadranten binnen het team vergelijken en bespreken<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organiseer een sessie waarin teamleden hun kernkwadranten delen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Focus op complementariteit:<\/strong><br>- Welke kwaliteiten vullen elkaar aan?<br>- Waar ontstaan irritaties (allergie\u00ebn) en hoe kunnen ze worden opgelost?<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reflecteren:<\/strong> Hoe dragen verschillende kernkwaliteiten bij aan teamdoelen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Kernkwadranten integreren in de dagelijkse samenwerking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Feedbackcultuur:<\/strong> Moedig teamleden aan om constructieve feedback te geven op basis van de kernkwadranten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Problemen oplossen:<\/strong> Gebruik kernkwaliteiten om oplossingen te vinden en valkuilen te vermijden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vier successen:<\/strong> Benadruk hoe de kernkwaliteiten van teamleden hebben bijgedragen aan de prestaties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Ik gebruik dit al een aantal jaren met veel succes. Het spel bevat veel kaartjes voor elk kwadrant. Geeft een leuke variatie op bovenstaande teamoefening. Bijv. de kaartjes etaleren en iedereen een kernkwaliteit voor een collega laten uitkiezen en deze met korte toelichting overhandigen. Daarna gezamelijk de kwadranten doorwerken.
