In de loop der jaren heb ik een uitgebreide coachingsaanpak ontwikkeld die de ervaringsgerichte principes van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.explorepsychology.com\/kolbs-learning-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">De leercyclus van Kolb<\/a><\/strong>, de humanistische inzichten van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simplypsychology.org\/carl-rogers.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Carl Rogers<\/a><\/strong>, de gestructureerde feedback van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rdpusa.com\/stakeholder-centered-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Stakeholdergericht coachen (SCC)<\/a><\/strong>, en de empowermentpraktijken van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.competence.org\/inspiration\/what-is-co-active-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Co-Actief Coachen<\/a><\/strong>. Met meer dan 35 jaar ervaring in coaching en leiderschap - en als lid van de adviesraad van Harvard Business Review - breng ik zowel praktische expertise als thought leadership in om leiders te helpen authentiek te groeien, meetbare vooruitgang te boeken en een blijvende impact te hebben. Dit is wat <a href=\"https:\/\/salomons.coach\/nl\/hbr-over-leiderschapscoaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">HBR<\/a> zegt over leiderschapscoaching (samengevat). Op basis hiervan, maar ook omdat ik sinds 1987 lesgeef, al meer dan 25 jaar coach ben en zelf geweldige coaches en mentoren heb gehad, heb ik mijn eigen ge\u00efntegreerde coachingskader ontwikkeld dat keer op keer heeft bewezen exponenti\u00eble groei en succes te kunnen realiseren voor de mensen die ik coach. Hier is een overzicht van wat ik deel laat uitmaken van het coachingsproces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kernprincipes van mijn coachingsaanpak<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leren door ervaring (de cyclus van ervaringsleren van Kolb)<\/strong><br>Leiderschapsontwikkeling floreert wanneer leiders leren door te doen. Ik begeleid klanten door Kolb's cyclus van vier fasen:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Concrete ervaring:<\/strong> Doe mee aan echte leiderschapstaken en -uitdagingen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reflectieve observatie:<\/strong> Analyseer wat werkte, wat niet werkte en waarom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abstracte conceptualisatie:<\/strong> Vertaal observaties in strategie\u00ebn en kaders voor toekomstig gebruik.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Actief experimenteren:<\/strong> Nieuwe strategie\u00ebn in de praktijk toepassen, waarbij het leren wordt versterkt door actie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Het perspectief van de hele persoon (Co-Active Coaching &amp; Carl Rogers)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ik zie leiders als vindingrijk, creatief en heel. Ik ondersteun hen bij het afstemmen van hun leiderschap op hun waarden en ambities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ge\u00efnspireerd door Carl Rogers cre\u00eber ik een veilige, empathische omgeving die exploratie en authentieke zelfontdekking stimuleert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toekomstgerichte groei en feedforward (Stakeholdergericht coachen)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mijn coaching richt zich op uitvoerbare, toekomstgerichte strategie\u00ebn in plaats van op fouten uit het verleden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stakeholders worden actief betrokken om constructieve feedback te geven en afstemming te cre\u00ebren tussen individuele groei en organisatiedoelen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reflectie als groeikatalysator (Kolb &amp; Carl Rogers)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reflectie slaat de brug tussen ervaring en effectieve actie.
