Dit was de eerste keer dat we zo'n uitgebreide sessie organiseerden, gericht op hoe leiders beter kunnen omgaan met volatiliteit, onzekerheid, complexiteit en ambigu\u00efteit (VUCA). Het evenement werd met enthousiasme en grote betrokkenheid ontvangen, wat de relevantie van deze thema's op de werkplek van vandaag bevestigt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De weg bereiden: Een meeslepende inleiding<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het evenement was gestructureerd als een sessie van 90 minuten, verdeeld in een presentatie van 60 minuten gevolgd door een interactieve vraag en antwoordronde van 30 minuten. Het trok leiders en professionals uit verschillende bedrijfstakken, die allemaal graag hun inzicht in de VUCA-dynamiek wilden verdiepen en bruikbare strategie\u00ebn voor hun teams wilden verzamelen.<\/p>\n<p>De sessie begon met het erkennen van het brede bereik van VUCA in verschillende sectoren, van technologische verstoringen tot de wereldwijde schokken in de toeleveringsketen die worden verergerd door gebeurtenissen zoals de COVID-19 pandemie. We onderzochten hoe globalisering, technologische verschuivingen en politieke en sociale dynamiek bijdragen aan een omgeving waarin veranderingen niet alleen snel, maar ook onvoorspelbaar zijn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Belangrijkste thema's en conclusies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>VUCA en de gevolgen ervan herkennen<\/strong> Deelnemers kregen inzicht in het identificeren en begrijpen van VUCA-krachten.
