Vandaag wil ik je laten kennismaken met wat <strong>Co-Actieve coaching<\/strong> vooral het goede voorbeeld geven. Bij Co-Active coaching richten we ons niet alleen op jou als leider, maar ook op jou als voorbeeld. <strong>hele persoon<\/strong>-Je gedachten, emoties, doelen en hoe deze allemaal verbonden zijn met je leiderschapsrol. Leiderschap is meer dan alleen de strategie\u00ebn die je op je werk toepast, het is ook diep verweven met je persoonlijke waarden, je doelgerichtheid en wie je in je kern bent. Hoe resoneert dat met jou?\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coachee<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cDat klinkt interessant en tegelijkertijd een beetje overweldigend. Maar het idee om het persoonlijke met het professionele te verbinden bevalt me wel. Ik denk dat ik ze niet altijd als met elkaar verbonden zie.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coach<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cJa, vaak doen we dat niet. Maar als leider, <strong>wie je bent<\/strong> be\u00efnvloedt <strong>hoe je leidt<\/strong>. Je brengt elke dag je hele zelf in je leiderschapsrol. Co-Active coaching helpt je de balans tussen die aspecten te ontdekken, zodat je effectiever leiding kunt geven terwijl je trouw blijft aan jezelf.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cIk wil graag beginnen met jou te vragen: als je aan jezelf denkt als leider, wat komt er dan in je op? En op persoonlijk vlak, wat is op dit moment het belangrijkst voor je?\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coachee<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cAls leider denk ik aan richting geven, zorgen dat het team gemotiveerd is en resultaten behalen. Persoonlijk vind ik balans het belangrijkst. Ik heb het gevoel dat ik veel aan het jongleren ben en de dingen die ik het belangrijkst vind buiten mijn werk uit het oog verlies. Dat vind ik al een hele tijd een uitdaging.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coach<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cDat is een krachtig inzicht. Wat ik hoor is dat zowel in je leiderschap als in je persoonlijke leven, balans een thema is - de richting van het team bepalen terwijl je ook het gevoel hebt dat je je eigen richting uit het oog verliest. Hoe denk je dat je persoonlijke gevoel van balans - of het gebrek daaraan - tot uiting komt in je leiderschap?\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coachee<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cHm, zo heb ik er nog niet over nagedacht, maar ik denk dat als ik me overweldigd voel, het moeilijker voor me is om aanwezig te zijn voor mijn team. Ik begin meer taakgericht te worden en minder mensgericht.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coach<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cDat is zo'n sterke observatie. Dit is wat ik bedoel met jou als een heel persoon zien. Hoe je je persoonlijk voelt, heeft invloed op hoe je je als leider gedraagt. Als je gegrond bent in je persoonlijke waarden, ben je in staat om te leiden met meer duidelijkheid en intentie.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cHoe zou het er voor jou uitzien om de balans die je zoekt in je leiderschapsstijl te brengen? Hoe zou je anders voor je team kunnen verschijnen als je persoonlijk op \u00e9\u00e9n lijn zit?\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coachee<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cIk denk dat als ik meer persoonlijke balans zou hebben, ik meer aanwezig zou zijn bij mijn team. Ik zou me niet alleen kunnen concentreren op het werk dat gedaan moet worden, maar ook op het begrijpen van hun behoeften. Ik zou me waarschijnlijk minder gestrest voelen en meer openstaan voor hun idee\u00ebn.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coach<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cDat is een prachtige visie - aanwezig, verbonden en open zijn. Het klinkt alsof het cre\u00ebren van die balans voor jezelf echt een positieve invloed kan hebben op je leiderschap. Wat is \u00e9\u00e9n kleine stap die je deze week zou kunnen nemen om dat evenwicht te brengen in je persoonlijke leven en in je leiderschap?\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coachee<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cMisschien kan ik beginnen met duidelijkere grenzen voor mezelf te stellen, zoals elke dag op een bepaald tijdstip stoppen met werken en meer tijd besteden aan dingen die me opladen.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coach<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cDat is een geweldige actiestap. Door jezelf die ruimte te geven, geef je ook je leiderschap meer ruimte om te groeien. In Co-Active coaching werken we samen om die balans te vinden en zowel je persoonlijke als leiderschapsdoelen op elkaar af te stemmen.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cOm af te ronden, hoe voelt het om jezelf als leider en als persoon op deze manier te verkennen?\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Coachee<\/strong>:<br \/>\u201cHet voelt verfrissend.
