you&#8217;re working &#8230; and when you&#8217;re not &#8211; you&#8217;re not&#8230;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>create when possible a dedicated workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eliminate \/ avoid distractions like TV, music, kitchen, &#8230;. shut the door&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make a schedule and stick to it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recreate your office patterns such as timing for coffee, computer work, chats, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quit at quiting time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agree with others in the house what the daily schedule is, ask them to respect your working time and needs<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Virtual meetings are different from physical meetings\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Know the tech you&#8217;re using, features are available for good reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stick to agreed structures and norms for virtual meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take extra time to be extra clear, clarity is far more important now<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don&#8217;t offload your &#8220;being very busy&#8221;
