Het beheert veel bedrijfsfactoren, zoals productontwerp en prijzen, de advertenties die je worden voorgeschoteld en zelfs de gesprekken die je voert. AI brengt meer informatie over de markt dan ooit tevoren samen. Het gebruikt een volledig wetenschappelijk benadering om te bepalen wat de beste volgende stap is, terwijl er 20 stappen vooruit wordt gepland. Natuurlijk worden deze 20 stappen voortdurend ge\u00ebvalueerd op basis van alle verzamelde informatie. De vraag naar producten kan op een virale manier toenemen, schaalbaarheid van de activiteiten is cruciaal. Naast producten kan ook het aantal klachten enorm toenemen als er iets onvoorziens gebeurt. Zelfs wanneer de intentie positief is, kan het potentieel nadeel aanzienlijk zijn. Ongecontroleerde groei is gevaarlijk. Leiderschap zal een multidisciplinair bestuurskader moeten invoeren met uiterst korte responstijden en een hoge focus op juridische en privacykwesties, inclusief cybersecurity.
