That model is now structurally outdated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generative AI can produce code, calculations, analyses, simulations, and standard definitions in seconds. What once took years of formal education is increasingly available on demand. This does not make education obsolete, but it fundamentally changes <strong>what education must be for<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are entering an era where <strong>technical competence is increasingly commoditized<\/strong>, while <em>human judgment<\/em> is becoming the true differentiator. What we still call \u201csoft skills\u201d are no longer soft at all.
