Het vervormt vaak hoe je over jezelf praat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vooral na ontslag leggen veel professionals <em>te veel uit<\/em>: lange carri\u00e8regeschiedenissen, defensieve rechtvaardigingen, volledige biografie\u00ebn. Vooral wanneer de schijnbaar onschuldige vraag wordt gesteld:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cVertel eens iets over jezelf.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harvard Business Review herinnerde ons onlangs aan iets belangrijks: <br><strong>de interviewer kent je cv al<\/strong> dus hier is de HBR-hoe je jezelf voorstelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hetzelfde herhalen voegt geen waarde toe. Wat wel <em>waarde<\/em> toevoegt, vooral na baanverlies, is <strong>positionering<\/strong>, in plaats van verhalen vertellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De verschuiving: van \u201cwie ik ben\u201d naar \u201cwaarom ik er juist hier<em>toe doe<\/em>\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sollicitatiegesprekken gaan niet over bewijzen wat je waard bent. Als je niet gekwalificeerd was, zou je niet in de kamer zitten. Ze gaan over <strong>je geschiktheid voor een specifieke behoefte<\/strong>. Dat betekent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Begrijpen wat <em>deze functie<\/em> echt vereist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E\u00e9n of twee sterke punten selecteren die rechtstreeks in die behoefte voorzien<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ze ondersteunen met een concreet, relevant voorbeeld<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je inleiding moet in stilte \u00e9\u00e9n vraag beantwoorden: <strong>\u201cWaarom ben ik de veiligste, slimste weddenschap voor <em>deze<\/em> probleem?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gebruik dezelfde logica in je CV en sollicitatiebrief<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze aanpak begint niet in het interview. Het begint op je pagina's.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CV<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stop met het opsommen van verantwoordelijkheden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begin met tonen <em>waar je hetzelfde probleem oploste dat ze nu hebben<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Herschik je punten zodat relevantie boven chronologie gaat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Begeleidende brief<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Motivatie-essays vermijden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open met erkenning van <em>hun uitdaging\/probleem<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positioneer jezelf als iemand die al in die context heeft gewerkt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Denk minder \u201ccarri\u00e8reoverzicht\u201d, denk meer <strong>\u201cbewijs van relevantie\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bekijk dit artikel voor meer informatie over: <a href=\"https:\/\/salomons.coach\/nl\/praktische-richtlijnen-voor-het-herschrijven-van-cv\/\">Praktische richtlijnen voor het herschrijven van CV - salomons.be<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Test met \u00e9\u00e9n zin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je jezelf in \u00e9\u00e9n zin zou moeten voorstellen, zou je dit dan eerlijk kunnen invullen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cZe zoeken iemand die dit kan: ............, en dat is precies wat ik heb gedaan in .............. .\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Zo niet, dan zit het beoogde werk niet in je formulering.
