Coaching verbetert op betrouwbare wijze prestaties, welzijn, vaardigheden en leiderschapsgedrag.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In beide onderzoeken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prestaties<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effectgrootte <strong>0.29-0.36<\/strong>, Wat betekent dit in zakelijke termen? Een meetbare verbetering in <strong>werkprestaties<\/strong>, besluitvorming, omgaan met belanghebbenden en uitvoering. Vergelijkbaar met andere effectieve interventies voor leiderschapsontwikkeling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vaardigheden en competenties<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effectgrootte <strong>0.43-0.46<\/strong>, wat betekent dat in zakelijke termen: Leiders krijgen <strong>beter in leidinggeven<\/strong>, communicatie, delegeren, prioriteiten stellen, emotionele intelligentie en politiek navigeren verbeteren allemaal op niveaus die worden beschouwd als <strong>matig en praktisch significant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Welzijn en veerkracht<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effectgrootte <strong>0.37-0.46<\/strong>, Wat betekent dat in zakelijke termen? Deze verbeteringen versterken direct de omstandigheden waarin teams en organisaties resultaten behalen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niet overdrijven. Geen opgeblazen ROI-verhalen.
