Psychologische veiligheid - Voel je je veilig om jezelf te zijn?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Psychologische veiligheid is de basis van een gezonde werkplek. Het bepaalt of mensen zich durven uit te spreken, idee\u00ebn te delen, vragen te stellen, fouten toe te geven en om hulp te vragen zonder bang te hoeven zijn voor negatieve gevolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als de psychologische veiligheid laag is, trekken mensen zich terug, vermijden ze risico's en stokt de innovatie.<br>Als deze hoog is, leren teams sneller, werken ze beter samen en hebben ze meer vertrouwen in elkaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Autonomie &amp; invloed - De menselijke behoefte aan controle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mensen floreren als ze zich eigenaar voelen van hun werk.<br>Autonomie gaat niet alleen over vrijheid; het gaat over <strong>vertrouwen<\/strong> - vertrouwen dat je je vak verstaat en beslissingen mag nemen in <em>hoe<\/em> je je werk aflevert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autonomie verhoogt de motivatie, creativiteit en verantwoordelijkheid.<br>Gebrek aan autonomie leidt tot stress, afhankelijkheid en ontkoppeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
