Ze falen door wat ze <strong>vermijden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Moeilijke gesprekken vermijden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ongemakkelijke waarheden vermijden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De beslissingen vermijden die er echt toe doen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Na 35+ jaar zelf (senior) leidinggevende rollen te hebben vervuld, en leiders en hun teams te hebben gecoacht, heb ik het volgende geleerd:<br><strong>E\u00e9n scherpe vraag op het juiste moment kan een heel leiderschapsteam veranderen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier zijn de 10 vragen die ik gebruik met senior leiders - vragen die naar boven halen wat 'echt' telt, blinde vlekken blootleggen en echte transformatie versnellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dit zijn geen \u201ccoachingsvragen\u201d.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het zijn <strong>leiderschapsvragen.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En daar is moed voor nodig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10 uitdagende vragen die management teams veranderen:<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/salomons.coach\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/manager-mirror-roads-mountains-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10861\" style=\"width:305px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">#image_title<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Wat willen we niet zien?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Elke organisatie heeft een olifant in de kamer. Deze benoemen is de eerste daad van leiderschap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Als er niets verandert, wat gaat er dan als eerste fout?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Druk onthult waar je systeem het zwakst is. Deze vraag brengt de barsten aan het licht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Welke beslissing vermijd je - en waarom?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Executives falen niet op inzicht, maar op actie. Vermijding, en niet onbekwaamheid, is de grootste rem op vooruitgang. <em>is<\/em> het probleem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Waarvan zou je team zeggen dat je er niet naar luistert?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Leiderschap is niet wat je zegt, maar wat je team ervaart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Als je team zich deze week precies zo zou gedragen als jij, zouden de prestaties dan omhoog of omlaag gaan?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jouw gedrag is de cultuur. Deze doet pijn en daarom werkt het!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Waar geef je niet meer om, terwijl je er wel om zou moeten geven?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vermoeidheid cre\u00ebert blinde vlekken. Verbindt opnieuw waar het er toe doet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Welke waarheid wil niemand in deze kamer hardop zeggen?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Afstemming komt niet van beleefdheid. Het komt van eerlijkheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Waar zou je opvolger op dag \u00e9\u00e9n mee stoppen?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Leiders realiseren zich zelden hoeveel gewoonten ze beschermen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Wat is het echte probleem - niet het probleem waar je graag over praat?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Leidinggevenden behandelen vaak symptomen omdat symptomen veilig voelen. Echt leiderschap gaat dieper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Wat moet er over 90 dagen anders uitzien - en wat moet <em>jij<\/em> veranderen om het te laten gebeuren?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Je hoeft je niet meer te verschuilen achter het team, het systeem of de strategie. Verantwoording begint bij jezelf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Waarom deze vragen belangrijk zijn<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Omdat leiderschap niet draait om het geven van antwoorden.
