I am a strong believer of the 10-20-70 model that I applied also in my may roles as Learning & Development Specialist. 10% of learning is formal (book, training, workshop). 20% of learning is social learning, where you learn from others in a social setting (your manager, teams, Q&A at the coffee machine, etc. Most of the learning \u2013 70% \u2013 is what you learn from doing; being at work and making mistakes and overcoming these.<\/p>\n
The workbook helps to facilitate the 70% by providing material you can directly apply at and during work. The learning should mostly take place in your environment, because the VUCA issues you run into, will be exactly there.<\/p>\n
