Over the years, I\u2019ve developed a comprehensive coaching approach that integrates the experiential principles of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.explorepsychology.com\/kolbs-learning-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Kolb\u2019s Learning Cycle<\/a><\/strong>, the humanistic insights of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simplypsychology.org\/carl-rogers.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Carl Rogers<\/a><\/strong>, the structured feedback of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rdpusa.com\/stakeholder-centered-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC)<\/a><\/strong>, and the empowering practices of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.competence.org\/inspiration\/what-is-co-active-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Co-Active Coaching<\/a><\/strong>. With over 35 years of coaching &amp; leadership experience\u2014and as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council\u2014I bring both practical expertise and thought leadership to help leaders grow authentically, achieve measurable progress, and make a lasting impact. This is what <a href=\"https:\/\/salomons.coach\/hbr-about-leadership-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">HBR<\/a> says about leadership coaching (summarized). Based on this, as well as being a teacher since 1987, being a coach for 25+ years and having had great coaches and mentors myself, I have developed my own integrated coaching framework that has proven over and over again its ability to realize exponential growth and success for the people I coach.
