Bij elke situatie kies je wat je zou doen, niet wat het juiste antwoord lijkt. Wat eruit komt, is een startpunt voor je volgende coachsessie.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>Behandel elke situatie als een specifieke taak, niet als een oordeel over de persoon. Dezelfde medewerker kan op de ene taak ervaren zijn en op de andere opnieuw beginnen.
